Homemade Funfetti Cupcakes

You’re nothing like me yum maybe.  Maybe you are very duper organized and also have all you need for a recipe always, every single time.  You sweep through the supermarket maybe, diaper and kids handbag in tow, singing “A Wish is really a Wish Your Heart Helps make.”  Maybe.

But maybe, mAYBE just, there are times when you’re like me personally (the juice cups hanging from the pockets and the frozen grin on my face when i make an effort to navigate walmart WITHOUT stopping at the Lego and Matchbox vehicle aisles (I’m sorry- did I simply hear the rumblings of WWIII????), you might then, mIGHT forget something occasionally just, before leaving the shop.  You might get all of the real way home and recognize that BLAAAAAST it.  You forgot to seize a cake blend, and you want 2 dozen cupcakes for the son’s school TOMORROW.  *encounter plant.  How will you keep in mind Brussels sprouts and your investment cupcakes?  Ahh, adulthood, you're a cruel world, certainly.

Cupcake Ingredients:
1 cup margarine or butter, softened

1/2 cups white sugar

4 eggs, room temperature

3/4 cup dairy

2 tsp. vanilla extract

2 cups all objective flour

2 tsp. baking powder

1/2 tsp. salt

1/2 cup rainbow sprinkles

Icing Ingredients:
1 cup butter (zero substitutes), softened

4 cups powdered sugar

2 tsp. vanilla extract

4-5 tbsp. dairy, based on your icing consistency preferences

1/4 cup rainbow sprinkles

Directions for Easy Cupcake Recipes
