Prawn Recipe

Turmeric powder - 1 tsp 
Garam masala - A new pinch 
Coriander results in - for garnishing 
Curry leaves - Couple of 
Oil - 1/2 cup 
Salt - As reqd 
Water - As reqd

Preparation Approach to Prawn Recipe: 
1)Marinate prawns with the powders(except garam masala), salt and some ginger garlic paste for 1/2 an full hour.

2)Heat essential oil in a new pan.

3)Include curry results in and the marinated shrimps.

4)Fry till the shrimps change darkish.(nicely fried - but much less crispy) Keep apart the fried shrimps.

5)In exactly the same pan with the remaining oil put onions, curry results in, natural chillies and ginger-garlic paste.

6)Once the onions change translucent, put chopped tomato.

7)When it becomes just a little pulpy, put the fried prawns.

8)Add 1 cup of drinking water(include salt if needed) plus boil till the prawn will be well blended with gravy.

9)Pull the plug on flame after the gravy is thick.

10)Garnish with coriander results in. Prawn masala recipe, a yummy and also healthy recipe, is prepared.
